Who we are
PrepX Varsity (www.prepxvarsity.in) is an independent online learning platform for SSC, Railway, Banking, Technical (JE/AE), APPSC, TGPSC and Police exam preparation. We are not affiliated with any recruitment board, commission or government body.
What we collect and why
- Registration details. To use the portal you give your name, mobile number, email ID and the exam you are preparing for. We use these to give you access, restore your access on a new device, and respond to you.
- Exam alerts and offers (optional). Only if you tick this box, we may send you exam alerts and offers on WhatsApp, SMS or email. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- How you use the portal. We record the exam you select, pages and topics you open, searches you make, tests you take and your scores, current-affairs PDFs you open and passes you show interest in. We use this to understand what students need and to improve content. We do not sell this data.
- Progress on your device. Your language, attempted questions, mistake notebook, study plan and date of birth (for the eligibility check) are also saved in your own browser.
- Error reports. When you use “Report an error”, we save the question ID, reason and your note. Do not type personal details in the note.
- AI Tutor (coming soon). Not switched on yet. When it is, the text of your question will be sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate an answer, and this page will be updated first.
Storage, access and your rights
- Your details are stored on our web hosting server in files that cannot be opened from the website. Only the PrepX Varsity team can see them.
- We keep your details while you use PrepX Varsity. You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent for messages, through the contacts below. After deletion you will need to register again to use the portal.
- We share data only when required by law.
Passes and payments
- Notes, practice questions, daily and weekly current affairs, the daily quiz, one full mock and one test per subject in every exam are free.
- Other mocks, previous-year papers, monthly and exam-specific current affairs are part of paid passes. Online payment will open soon; until then the “Buy” button only records your interest and no money is taken.
Content and accuracy
- Notes and questions are prepared by PrepX Varsity. Previous year questions are tagged with the exam, date and shift; explanations are our own.
- Exam patterns, dates, cut offs, eligibility rules and current affairs are compiled from public sources and can change. Always confirm on the official website before applying.
- If you find an error, use “Report an error” on the question or tell us with the question ID (for example PX-QNT-PCT-000001).
Fair use
The portal is for personal study. Please do not copy content in bulk or resell it. One registration per person.
